The Faculty Development Committee monitors and identifies needs related to faculty professional career development including, but not limited to: teaching, research, graduate and postgraduate education and clinical practice. The committee develops strategies for the creation, implementation and assessment of programs to successfully address identified needs for faculty development. The committee reports to the Offices of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development and Research and Graduate Studies as well as the Associate Deans of Professional Education and Clinical and Administrative Affairs, and the faculty.
